Cessation of Support Coordination Services

As of July 1, 2024, LiveBetter will no longer take on new Support Coordination customers. Support Coordination for current customers will cease as of September 15, 2024.

Following the NDIS Review’s determination that going forward Support Coordination will require more separation from service delivery, LiveBetter has made the difficult decision to cease the provision of NDIS Support Coordination services.

Effectively, as of July 1, 2024, LiveBetter will no longer take on new Support Coordination customers while Support Coordination services for current customers will cease as of September 15, 2024.

To ensure continuity of care, we are pleased to partner with Allinto, a reputable independent and NDIS-registered support coordination service provider. This means that as of July 1, 2024, our Support Coordination customers and staff will have the opportunity to join Allinto. This process is already well underway.
