Finding and Keeping a Job

We'll support you to find and keep a job you'll love.

Is one of your goals to get a job? If you want to work, we’re excited to help. So, let’s put your interests and talents to work!

We’ll help you to get to work

There are lots of good reasons to have a job. Working can help you:

  • build your skills and self-confidence
  • meet new people and be more social
  • increase your financial independence and feeling of self-worth
  • raise your living standards.

It’s also a fantastic way to be part of your local community.

We can provide advice and practical assistance to help you find and keep a job you’ll enjoy, or to take the next step towards employment by volunteering or getting valuable work experience.

We do this by empowering you to develop work-ready skills and confidence.

Experienced support for your pathway to employment

LiveBetter is one of the most experienced community service organisations in Finding and Keeping a Job programs in New South Wales – in fact, we’re in the top 10%. We know how to help you find employment.

You’ll have expert support and a plan just for you

We’ll work with you to create a personalised plan for achieving your goals. Then we’ll be there along the way to help you build your skills, gain experience and find and keep the right job for you.

You’ll have opportunities through our networks

At LiveBetter, we work closely with organisations like local councils, the Department of Education and TAFE to help you get the best support and training available.

We also have our own social enterprise – Café Connect, right near the middle of town in Orange, New South Wales – a friendly place where locals can get on-the-job training and experience life in the workforce.

Funding Finding and Keeping a Job programs
