Family Connections supports families and carers living in Cowra and Young with children under 12 years old. As a community-focused service, we promote each person and family's existing strengths, working alongside them to build skills and capacities needed for life.
Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters - Orange, NSW
HIPPY enhances the skills and confidence of parents or carers with children about to start school. Our mentors will help you create a positive learning environment at home. You'll have opportunities to learn about child development and how you can support your child's learning.
Caring for your Buraay - Dubbo, NSW
Caring for your Buraay supports Aboriginal families in Dubbo with children under 16 years old. Working alongside key stakeholders in the community, we promote each person and family's existing strengths, helping them to build skills and capacities needed for life.
