Purchase Leave Program

We recognise that the Christmas/New Year period is an important time for many people to get away, spend time with family and recharge. We offer all employees who have been with us for a minimum of one year the opportunity to purchase up to two weeks of extra leave to use over the summer holidays. You pay for the extra leave throughout the year, so it doesn’t have a huge impact on your pay just when you need it most!
