About the Family Connections program
Individual Support
Our team will work with you in your home, helping you to build on your existing strengths, develop helpful routines and create a safe and secure environment for you and your family.
Parent Education
Family Connections provides a range of parent education opportunities designed to build on your existing parenting skills.
Supported Playgroups
Supported playgroups offer you and your family the opportunity to connect, socialise and learn in a safe and supported environment.
Peer Support Groups
Our Peer Support Groups offer you a safe space to connect with other parents and carers, share your experiences and learn from others.
School Holiday Activities
We offer a range of fun, free and accessible school holiday activities for you and your family to enjoy.
Information and Referral
Our team will ensure you have access to the information you and your family need and support referrals to additional services if required.

Referral
Families and children in Cowra and Young can access Family Connections free range of individual supports, educational programs and supported social opportunities by referring themselves or being referred by an external agency.
