LiveBetter supports families in Cowra, Dubbo and Young in NSW through a range of programs that build on skills and capacities to help parents, carers and children thrive.
Navigating challenges and building on skills
Raising a family can be rewarding, but there can be challenges along the way.
At LiveBetter we want you and your family to thrive. Our Family and Youth services are designed to equip you with the skills you need to navigate these challenges, building on your family’s existing strengths and knowledge, and working with them as they build the skills and capacities needed for life.
Our Family and Youth Supports include:
- The Family Connections program: suitable for families and carers living in Cowra and Young with children under 12 years old. The program involves individual supports, educational programs and supported social opportunities.
- Caring for your Buraay: available for Aboriginal families living in Dubbo with children under 16 years old. This program includes a range of supports including playgroups, parenting programs, mentoring, advocacy, information and referral and more.
Connect and learn
Our programs provide the opportunity for you and your family to connect with other families, make new friends, share your knowledge and learn from others – all in a safe, supported and culturally sensitive environment.
