How Community Nursing works
Our services are unique and personalised to your individual needs.
It’s a team effort. We’ll partner with you, your family and your GP, and we can also train your carers, so they’re aware of your specific needs.
Staff training ensures those supporting you are well prepared. We’ll also train family and carers across a range of areas including:
- Clinical training e.g., eternal feeding, diabetes training and education
- Mental health and recovery
- Bowel care training (enemas and suppositories)
- Emergency medication training.

Whether you need a one-off consultation, lifelong care or something in between; we make sure to fully understand your circumstances so that your care is completely personalised and holistic.

- Nail Care: We’ll support you in daily grooming tasks like taking care of your nails.

Funding Community Nursing
Community Nursing can be provided to NDIS participants. We also welcome private customers – both individuals and organisations.
