When we help people to live safely at home, home modifications is often the starting point. For example, we’ll modify your shower so you can access it with a walker, then your home care worker will help you transfer in and out safely.
Please note that home modifications require a referral and recommendation by an occupational therapist. We can assist by organising an assessment for you.
