Not so long ago Lithgow Social Group had a three day trip to Dubbo. On the groups first day they enjoyed a tour through the Flying Doctor’s Base where they took lots of photos. On day two the group had a rainy visit to the Western Plains Zoo. After they dried off, the group stepped back in time to the 1840's at the Dundullimal Homestead. On the groups last day they had a very thought provoking tour through Old Dubbo Gaol, reflecting on how tough it was to be a convict. The last stop on the trip was to Aladdin’s Cave Bottlehouse, a unique collection of bottles, old bric-a-brac, fairy gardens and many unusual garden ornaments.
All in all the group had a terrific trip and can't wait til their next adventure!
