Mental health supports tailored for you
How Mental Health Support works
We can provide support in your home or out in the community. Through one-on-one or group support, we can support you to:
- develop social networks
- maintain or develop living skills
- participate in community activities
- improve your confidence
- accomplish your goals.
For example, you could receive support to help you get ready for the day, or assistance to join a group activity or go shopping – it really depends on your individual situation. This service is tailored around your needs, skills and goals.
We’ll give you the tools to manage behaviours that may be holding you back in daily life. We can also help you identify specific areas you’d like to develop.
You can rely on our highly trained and caring staff to be by your side to make sure you always feel supported and help you build confidence and life skills.
Feel safe and supported with your mental health
Your mental health issues are unique to you, but you don’t need to feel alone. We’re experienced in supporting people with psychosocial disability. Our team have experience and training (Certificate IV) in Mental health, and we’re here for you.
We’ll listen with an open mind and provide safe spaces for you, so you feel comfortable and confident about the mental health support we can provide.
We also make sure you are always included in decision making and the design of your supports. Your wellbeing means a lot to us – we’re here to help you live life your best life.
