Our Allied Health services
If you have a chronic disease or need specialist allied health services – we’re here to help improve your health outcomes.
Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians are experienced in:
- Exercise Physiology
- Diabetes Education
- General Practice
- Occupational Therapy
We can provide support to you individually or in a group setting (for example, diabetes education sessions).
So, if you have a disability, are aged over 65 or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, struggle to access allied health services, or have a chronic disease then Allied Health services might be right for you.

Flexible, community-based support
You are our priority – so our services are designed around you.
We’re flexible and community based. Our Allied Health team are professional, experienced and local.
This means we can come to you and provide services in your home, or you can come to one of our centres in Central Queensland.
Funding Allied Health support
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme
- Home Care Packages
- GP Management Plan (eligibility to be confirmed upon enquiry)
If you have funding for the CHSP, Home Care Packages or NDIS, your plan might include funding for allied health. Or, you can ask your GP or local health service for a referral.
