Our skilled, specialist allied health professionals can provide a broad range of services, from diagnosis to direct care and ongoing therapeutic support, depending on your situation and needs.

If you have a chronic disease or need specialist allied health services – we’re here to help improve your health outcomes.
Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians are experienced in:
- Exercise Physiology
- Dietetics
- Diabetes Education
- General Practice
- Podiatry
- Occupational Therapy
- Counselling
- Nursing.
We can provide support to you individually or in a group setting (for example, diabetes education sessions).
So, if you have a disability, are aged over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples), struggle to access allied health services, or have a chronic disease then Allied Health services might be right for you.
Flexible, community-based support
We’re flexible and community based. This means we can come to you and provide services in your home, or you can come to one of our centres in Central Queensland.

Funding Allied Health support
You can fund Allied Health services through:
If you have funding for the CHSP, Home Care Packages or NDIS, your plan might include funding for allied health. Or, you can ask your GP or local health service for a referral.

- Home Care Packages
- NDIS
- Medicare
- GP Management Plan (eligibility to be confirmed upon enquiry)
- Self-funded
