DESCRIPTION:Carers are invited to participate in a mindfulness experience featuring teachings and guided meditations. This event aims to promote self-care and well-being for carers\, offering a calm space for rest and reset. \nCarers are people who provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends who have a disability\, mental health condition\, chronic condition\, terminal illness\, an alcohol or other drug issue or who are frail aged. Anyone can become a carer\, at any time. \nTo RSVP Call 1800 422 737 by the Monday before the monthly session or complete the below expression of interest form. \n\n\n\nPlease bring something to lay on (pillow\, blankets & yoga mat) and wear comfortable clothing. \n\n\n\nExpress your interest by completing the form below. \n\n						\n						\n
